URBVN168 – SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with URBVN168. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully prior to placing an order. This policy forms part of your purchase agreement and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. SHIPPING SERVICE AREA

At this time:
• Shipping is available only within the continental United States.
• Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations are excluded unless explicitly stated at checkout.
• Free shipping promotions, discounted shipping, and standard service coverage apply only to eligible continental U.S. destinations.
We reserve the right to modify shipping availability at any time.

2. MADE-TO-ORDER / PRINT-ON-DEMAND FULFILLMENT

Most URBVN168 products are custom produced or print-on-demand and are manufactured after an order is placed.
Because of this:
• Production timelines vary based on order volume, material availability, and supplier capacity.
• Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started, except as required by law.
• Minor variations in color, texture, and print placement are normal and not considered defects.

3. PROCESSING TIMES

Orders enter production after payment confirmation. Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed. High volume periods, supply chain disruptions, or operational constraints may extend processing times.

4. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping transit times are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed.
URBVN168 is not responsible for delays caused by weather events, carrier disruptions, customs inspections (if applicable), labor strikes, incorrect address submissions, or force majeure events beyond our control.

5. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped, unless required by law or due to our error.

6. LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, notify us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date and provide supporting details and photos when applicable. Resolution may include replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. URBVN168 is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

8. CHARGEBACK DEFENSE CLAUSE

By placing an order, you expressly authorize URBVN168 to submit transaction records, delivery confirmations, carrier tracking data, customer communications, IP address logs, and checkout policy acceptance records to payment processors, financial institutions, and dispute resolution
platforms in the event of a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraud investigation. This authorization survives completion of the transaction.
