URBVN168 – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with URBVN168. We take pride in the quality of our products and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please review this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. This policy applies to purchases made through urbvn168.com.

1. RETURN WINDOW

URBVN168 will gladly accept eligible merchandise for exchange, web-store credit, or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed between November 11 and December 10, 2026 may be returned or exchanged through January 10, 2027. Orders placed on or after December 10, 2026 remain eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a return, exchange, store credit, or refund consideration, all returned merchandise must:
• Be unused and in sellable condition.
• Have original tags attached.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number/receipt).

All returns must comply with the conditions outlined in this policy.

3. FREE RETURNS – SERVICE AREA

Free returns apply only to orders shipped within the continental United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Additional fees may apply for all other destinations or special circumstances, as disclosed at checkout or in the return portal.

4. EXCHANGE-ONLY ITEMS

Select items may be marked “EXCHANGE ONLY.” Exchange-only items are eligible only for a different size of the same item (pending availability). Exchange-only items are not eligible for refunds or store credit.

5. FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit. Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.

6. MADE-TO-ORDER / PRINT-ON-DEMAND NOTICE

Some URBVN168 products may be made-to-order or print-on-demand. Minor variations in color, print placement, texture, and finish can occur and are not defects.
If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a fulfillment error, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue (see Section 9).

7. HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE (ONLINE PORTAL)

1) Start a Return
Go to returns.urbvn168.com or My Account > Order History to initiate a return. Enter the order number and email address linked to your online order. Complete the steps online to select your reason for return and whether you want an Exchange or Refund.
2) Return Label
Download and print your free pre-paid return label (when eligible) from the confirmation page within the portal. You will also receive an email confirming your return has been initiated. Affix the label to the original package.
3) Pack Your Return
Place new and unused items in the original package. Do not combine separate orders into one package, and do not split a single order into multiple boxes. These actions can cause delays of up to 14 business days.
4) Drop Off
Drop off your package at a nearby UPS location (or the carrier indicated in the portal). Keep your tracking number so you can track when your return is received.

8. SHOP NOW RETURN CREDIT / INSTANT EXCHANGE

During the exchange process, you may choose a different size or shop for a different item on urbvn168.com. If you select an instant exchange, a temporary hold for the value of the new item(s) may be placed on your payment method so the replacement order can ship immediately.
As soon as your return is dropped off with the carrier, the hold will be released. You will have 21 days to ship your item(s). If your return is not in transit after 21 days, your payment method may be charged for the full amount of the item(s).

9. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging. We may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

10. PROCESSING TIMES

Returns: Please allow 2–4 business days to process a return once it is received.
Refund timing: After processing, your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.
Exchanges: If you request an exchange, we will ship your replacement item and send a new tracking email once the exchange is processed.

11. RISK OF LOSS FOR RETURNS

URBVN168 is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit when a customer ships items using an unapproved or untracked method. If you use the label provided through our return portal, tracking will be included. We strongly recommend retaining your tracking number until your return is fully processed.

12. NEW YORK REFUND POLICY DISCLOSURE

New York law requires online retailers to conspicuously disclose their refund policies to consumers (including by a notice or hyperlink near the item or prior to requesting billing information). This Return & Refund Policy is intended to be displayed and made accessible by hyperlink prior to checkout.
If a retailer does not post any refund/return policy, New York law requires the retailer to accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Because this policy is disclosed, purchases are governed by the terms stated herein. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

13. CHARGEBACK DEFENSE CLAUSE

By placing an order, you expressly authorize URBVN168 to submit transaction records, delivery confirmations, carrier tracking data, order history, customer communications, IP address logs, and checkout policy acceptance records to payment processors, financial institutions, and dispute resolution platforms in the event of a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraud investigation. This
authorization survives completion of the transaction.
